CBC Co-Founders
The Children’s Bereavement Center (CBC) is a non-profit agency founded in Miami, Florida in April 1999. Our founders identified a need in the community to provide support for children who have suffered the death of a parent, sibling, or other significant person in their lives.
Since that time, CBC has expanded to offer grief support groups beyond school-aged children through our adult division, Lift From Loss, so that young adults and adults are also able to seek help completely free.
