FREE GRIEF SUPPORT GROUPS

Lift From Loss for Adults provides FREE grief support groups for Young Adults 18-30 years of age who have experienced the loss of a loved one. 

About CBC Groups

• All peer grief support groups are FREE
• Groups for all ages (4+), including adults
• Registration for groups is required and available ongoing
• Groups are co-facilitated by mental health professionals & trained volunteers
• Activities include music and art therapy & candle lighting ceremonies
• Groups meet consistently throughout the year online for all or in-person in Southeast Florida
• Participants decide how long they wish to attend group
• Open to anyone who has experienced the loss of a loved one as a result of illness, accident, suicide or homicide
• Losses can be recent or in years past and can join anytime once registered
• Groups welcome all those touched by the loss of a loved one and are non-denominational, culturally diverse and welcoming of all identities
