Grief-Informed Training Series

This training series offers four sessions to ensure that more individuals in our communities are grief-informed so that we can best support clients, staff, and each other in a meaningful and intentional manner after a significant loss in someone’s life.

The series is offered online through two options:

On-Demand Training allows you to go at your own pace
Live Training is continuously held throughout the year with a new cohort starting every other month

Participants will receive:

Access to seminar materials and digital resources for one year after registration.
Live Office Hours on Zoom with CBC Programming Staff for each training session module.
Grief-Informed Training Certificate of Completion for those who complete all four professional development sessions and additional office hours as required.

Lift From Loss Training Institute is an Approved Continuing Education Provider for select courses with credits through the American Psychological Association (APA) and the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC).

* Please note: Live on Zoom Grief Informed Training offers APA-approved and NBCC-approved continuing education credits. The On-demand version offers APA-approved continuing education credits, but does not include NBCC continuing education credits.

PLEASE NOTE:

Licensed mental health professionals in the State of Florida who complete our Grief-Informed Training Series may be added to our qualified referral list for those looking for therapy, pending approval from CBC.
We caution people going through the series who have had a recent loss or a traumatic loss as the training is very heavy and may not be appropriate at a given time for someone grieving themselves.
