Conversation with CBC: Self-Care After Loss
o Join us for an interactive and supportive conversation designed to help individuals who have experienced a personal loss. Participants will learn:
o Practical self-care strategies to manage grief and find a path towards healing and peace in a compassionate way
o Engage in a variety of activities and discussions aimed at fostering self-awareness, emotional resilience, and holistic well-being
o Exploration of grief, fundamentals of self-care with practical tips and techniques
o Practice creative expressions of grief to foster healing

Open for all ages, Steps is held every year in November at Zoo Miami. Those who run or walk do so by creating a team with friends, family members or colleagues or register as an individual. It's a beautiful opportunity to come together as a community with loved ones and remember those lost by running in their honor or memory - at a fun venue.
Lunch & Learn & Conversations with CBC
Children's Bereavement Center's Lunch & Learn at Home Series is offered FREE for mental health and community professionals. Each session offers virtual grief education, training, resources and Q&A with a presentation from a renowned expert speaker. CBC is proud to be a leader in the community on grief providing tools to help children and families after a death.
