Tracy Adirika joined the Children’s Bereavement Center in 2022 as the organization’s Major Gifts Officer and has become more involved recently as the Philanthropy and Strategic Partnerships Advisor. She works in tandem with leadership to develop strategic annual, multi-year, and planned giving programs to meet organizational fundraising goals. Tracy has over 10 years of experience in growing and managing revenue, operations, and robust data systems for Miami-based businesses and organizations. She also holds a B.S. in Microbiology and Cell Science from the University of Florida.
