Jonathan represents individuals and organizations in civil and white collar criminal matters and internal investigations. On the civil side, Jonathan has represented plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of matters before federal and state courts and arbitration tribunals. His clients include educational institutions, companies, not-for-profits, healthcare organizations, and individuals. On the regulatory and criminal sides, Jonathan has conducted internal investigations on behalf of companies across a variety of industry sectors including hospitality, travel, education, healthcare, and banking. Jonathan serves on the teaching faculty in the Harvard Law School Criminal Justice Institute’s trial advocacy program and at Florida State University College of Law.

Jonathan has served on the CBC Board since 2017.
