Danny Simon is the co-founder of the Miami-based law firm, Lalchandani Simon PL (www.lslawpl.com), where he focuses his practice on technology and healthcare agreements, litigation, appeals, and compliance.
Simon graduated magna cum laude, Order of the Coif, from Northwestern University School of Law in Chicago. He was appointed to the editorial board of the prestigious Northwestern Law Review and Northwestern’s National Moot Court Team. After law school, Simon served as clerk for the Honorable Stanley Marcus, Circuit Court Judge, on the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and spent several years working in Miami and Silicon Valley for the international law firm of White & Case.
Simon now lives with his three young sons in Weston. In addition to his work with the CBC, he is a member of the Florida Regional Board of the Anti-Defamation League (ADL), co-founder of ADL Action, a group promoting volunteerism within the ADL, and is the Co-Chair of ADL’s Miami Civil Rights and Advocacy Committee.
Danny joined the CBC Board in September 2020.
