Connect & Remember Together at C.A.T.
Join us as we come together for a community event to connect and commemorate so that no one grieves alone.
Saturday, December 14th, 2024, 2:00 - 4:00 PM
- Welcoming space to connect, share experiences and find comfort together
- Interactive stations with creative art expression and music to honor loved ones
- Commemorative moment with symbolic candle lighting
- Goody bags, food, and refreshments for all attendees*
- In partnership with Canine Assited Therapy (C.A.T.), an organization that provides emotional support through therapy dogs.

* Event is limited to 40 attendees, first come first serve
* This event is for humans, please do not bring your pets. C.A.T. dogs will be mingling with attendees.

Open for all ages, Steps is held every year in November at Zoo Miami. Those who run or walk do so by creating a team with friends, family members or colleagues or register as an individual. It's a beautiful opportunity to come together as a community with loved ones and remember those lost by running in their honor or memory - at a fun venue.
Lunch & Learn & Conversations with CBC
Children's Bereavement Center's Lunch & Learn at Home Series is offered FREE for mental health and community professionals. Each session offers virtual grief education, training, resources and Q&A with a presentation from a renowned expert speaker. CBC is proud to be a leader in the community on grief providing tools to help children and families after a death.
