Leah Ackerman is the Program Coordinator for the Children’s Bereavement Center. She has over seven years of experience in facilitating and leading grief support groups for children, teens, and young adults. As program manager, Ms. Ackerman oversees program intakes, training, and supervision of support group facilitators. Currently, Ms. Ackerman is completing her master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling at Nova Southeastern University. She is also a 200-hour certified yoga instructor and has lead yoga classes in multiple countries.
