LaCriscia join the Outreach team at The Children’s Bereavement Center in February 2021.  Primarily focused on the Historic Overtown and Liberty City communities.  Understanding and coping with grief was a process that started at a young age for LaCriscia growing up in a family with a strong church connection in Blackstone, Virginia. LaCriscia’s life and work is an infusion of her love for the spiritual, natural, and people, with care and support for healing at the center.

LaCriscia currently lives in Miami, Florida.  She earned her Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Management and a Master of Science in Sport Management, both from Barry University, and was honored to receive the “Rising Star'' Barry University Distinguished Alumni Award, for her work in the community in 2013. Enjoys sharing time with her family, friends, and serving the community.
