Grief Support Group Information Session – Welcome to CBC and Lift from Loss

Join us for an informative and welcoming introduction to CBC and Lift from Loss Programming. This information session is open to everyone, whether you are considering joining our grief support groups or simply want to learn more about our programs and services. During this session, we will share information about our grief support groups, what participants can expect, how our groups provide a safe and supportive space for healing, and the resources available through CBC and Lift from Loss. There is no commitment to join a group. This is an opportunity to ask questions and learn about how our organization can support you during your grief process. All are welcome. We look forward to meeting you!
