Through mindful breathing, self-soothing techniques, and guided visualization, you will be invited to release tension, cultivate self-compassion, and experience moments of peace, healing, and connection.

About the presenter:
Beginning as a CBC group participant, LaCriscia transformed her personal grief into purpose — joining the Outreach Team in 2021 and now serving as a dedicated group facilitator. She has helped launch vital initiatives, including the Overtown Youth Center group and workshops, new groups at the Children’s Village, facilitates our group for parents who have lost a child , and now our new Pet Loss Group.
A gifted speaker and compassionate leader, LaCriscia embodies the belief that “Grief is meant to be shared,” offering healing through her words, mentorship, and mindfulness practices such as sound baths and breathwork. With two master’s degrees from Barry University and recognition as a Distinguished Alumni “Rising Star,” LaCriscia continues to build healthy, whole communities rooted in love and truth — a reflection of her heart for service and the profound impact she makes at CBC every day.
