About the presenter:
Tessa is a mom of three, retired professional athlete, and owner of Tessa Florio Wellness. Her journey to becoming a Nutritionist has been inspired by her own experiences as a professional athlete, a mother, and the profound impact of losing her beloved mom. She has dedicated herself to filling a vital gap in nutrition and wellness through supporting women who are trying to conceive, pregnant, postpartum, and female athletes. With a Masters in Nutrition Science, she is a Board Certified Clinical Nutritionist, Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist and holds a Specialization in Prenatal Nutrition. she blends her clinical experience with evidence based nutrition to offer a unique, whole body approach to her clients.
