Danielle Benjamin
Danielle Benjamin is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in U.S. and international insurance law, representing insurers, reinsurers, businesses, and nonprofit organizations across the United States, the Caribbean, and Latin America. As the Principal Attorney of D. M. Benjamin, P.A., she advises clients on complex insurance coverage, liability, regulatory compliance, and business law matters, drawing on a strong background in litigation, negotiation, and cross-border legal strategy.
Licensed to practice in both Florida and the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court, Danielle holds advanced law degrees from the University of Miami and St. Thomas University and is currently pursuing an LL.M. in Insurance Law at the University of Connecticut as a Dean’s Scholar. She is a Fulbright U.S. Student Program semifinalist, published author, and active community volunteer dedicated to advancing the legal profession and serving her community.
