Linda C. Frazier is Chief Compliance Officer, Vice President and Associate General Counsel of Tripadvisor, Inc. (NASDAQ: TRIP), which, through its subsidiaries, operates a family of brands that connects people to experiences worth sharing, and aims to be the world’s most trusted source for travel and experiences.  Linda is a seasoned compliance professional and senior legal leader with over 20 years of broad experience providing counsel to senior executives and Boards of Directors of companies operating in an array of industries, Linda has a solid background in SEC reporting, financings, corporate governance, compliance and investigations, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters. Linda is adept at aligning legal strategies and compliance programs with business goals and initiatives and leading collaborative business-focused teams.

Linda has been involved with community service, in one form or another, her entire adult life. Linda currently serves as Secretary for The TripAdvisor Charitable Foundation, TripAdvisor’s global philanthropic arm. Linda also currently serves on the Board of Directors of BLUE Missions Group, Inc., a not-for-profit based in Miami, Florida that organizes service projects and conducts sustainability education that connects families in Latin America to clean, fresh water and inspires young people to lead the way to a water-secure future. Over the years, Linda has travelled frequently to remote communities in the Dominican Republic with BLUE Missions and LIFO Missions to assist in building schools and aqueducts and to raise funds for these projects. Linda was also a volunteer teacher for Citizen Schools, a not-for-profit dedicated to empowering schools, districts and communities to create and sustain experience-based learning opportunities and mentorship for low-income students to combat the opportunity gap and position them for success in high school and beyond. 

Linda earned a B.S. from Barry University and a J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in the States of Florida, Massachusetts and New York.
