Marconi Naziazeni, Board Member
Marconi’s background in business administration and upbringing in Brazil’s thriving modern capital, Brasilia, led him to co-found Anima Domus, one of Miami’s top contemporary Italian furniture stores. With a degree in Business Administration from the University of Brasilia, Marconi worked for large corporations such as Exxon Mobil, Shell Oil Company, and Hewlett Packard before moving to the United States with his family in 1996.
Together with his wife, Silvia, an architect and interior designer, they created Anima Domus in 1998. A true “American Dream” story, the company started out of pure hard work, passion, and grit. Silvia brought in the technical aspect and Marconi the business side. The Anima Domus story starts in a small Coral Gables shop with deliveries using their personal mini-van. Over the past twenty years, the company has grown to three large showrooms in Miami, Aventura, and Doral, with an in-house logistics system and a fleet of trucks. They have successfully developed and delivered high-end interior projects in Europe, Canada, Central and South America, as well as throughout the entire USA.
Marconi and Silvia have been married for over 31 years and have two children, Victor (1992) and Sophia (2004). The couple partnered with the CBC around 8 years ago in order to give meaningful and life-changing support to those who have experienced loss. Marconi has since been a member of the board and promotes the organization’s mission to friends, family, and clients alike.
